General Terms and Conditions

Reservations made on the website www.lacourduluberon.fr

When confirming your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay remains due and is non-refundable.

Reservations Through Booking.com or other platforms

For reservations made via Booking.com or any other platform, full payment of the stay is required in advance.
These reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Due to our strict cancellation policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Date changes

Any request to modify your stay must be made no later than 30 days prior to your original arrival date.
Changes are subject to availability and current rates, and may result in additional fees.

If we are unable to accommodate the modification, the cancellation policy will remain applicable.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in

Check-in is available between 4 PM and 8 PM.
For arrivals outside these hours, please notify us in advance so we can organise your welcome. An additional fee may apply.
No arrivals are possible after 11 PM.

Check-out

Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Check-out is possible between 8 AM and 11 AM.
An additional fee may apply for any departure outside these hours.
